The culinary series will close with an incredible offering of a flight of traditional Fiorentina steaks at Dickie Brennan's Tableau restaurant. The Bistecca Fiorentina Flight will feature five different cuts of steak prepared from the entire loin and leg of the cow and cooked on outdoor grills by Dario Cecchini and the Dickie Brennan & Co. culinary team. Enjoy an evening of Tuscan family-style dining, delicious wine from Castello di Ama, and a view of the culinary action.
